Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Create and execute strategic plans for relational organizing efforts.

• Guide, mentor, and empower the organizing team.

• Build and sustain relationships with community leaders.

• Develop and manage campaigns aimed at mobilizing suburban women.

• Ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize program impact.

• Promote a culture of equity and inclusion within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leadership positions related to program management, community engagement, or political advocacy.

• Strong capability to lead, mentor, and support a team, including those in managerial roles.

• Expertise in utilizing data to guide strategy and evaluate program effectiveness.

• Familiarity with policy formulation and advocacy efforts in Michigan.

• Knowledge of grassroots mobilization and coalition-building practices.
