Medical Coding Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and clearly define program goals, objectives, and milestones that align with the organization's strategic vision.

• Formulate detailed program plans that encompass timelines, budgets, resource needs, and change management strategies.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to collect requirements, convey program objectives, and manage expectations effectively.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance support and collaboration throughout the program's duration.

• Identify and leverage opportunities for improving processes and enhancing efficiency within the program.

• Regularly meet and engage with stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding program status, challenges, and decisions.

• Execute additional job responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of pertinent work experience.

• Home Health Coding Certification (HCS-D or BCHH-C).

• Oasis Certification (COS-C or HCS-O).

• Clinical Licensure (RN, LPN, PT/PTA, OT/COTA, SLP).
