Staff Product Owner, PRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the key subject matter expert and trusted consultant for our Impartner PRM platform.

• Function as the strategic intermediary between the Partner teams and technical teams.

• Evaluate and document both 'as-is' and 'to-be' process flows.

• Maintain an overarching view of the synchronization logic between Salesforce and Impartner.

• Collaborate closely with solution architects and development teams.

• Work in partnership with end-users, technical squads, and change enablement teams.

• Manage a quarterly operational roadmap of enhancements aimed at improving the partner experience.

• Establish and monitor key metrics for all initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in configuring, managing, or owning the Impartner PRM platform.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce.com (CRM).

• 6-8 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within an agile environment.

• Proven ability to document intricate workflows and conduct clear to-be gap analyses.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
