Staff Product Manager, SSO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of advancing JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) into an innovative identity platform.

• Guide the shift from conventional passwords to a biometric-first, AI-driven authentication framework.

• Oversee the integrated strategy for SSO/Jumpcloud GO, which serves as our premier phishing-resistant, passwordless login solution.

• Alleviate "password fatigue" by utilizing device-native biometrics such as Apple Touch ID and Windows Hello.

• Lead the governance of Agentic AI by recognizing autonomous AI agents as key digital identities within our directory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on FIDO2/WebAuthn, SAML, and OIDC.

• A grasp of the identity needs for LLMs and autonomous agents; capability to manage probabilistic AI systems alongside deterministic security measures.

• A proven history of transforming intricate technical functionalities into seamless user experiences.

• Experience in guiding cross-functional, global teams within a transparent and highly collaborative setting.
