This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and developers to gather, clarify, and document product requirements.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities.
• Keep stakeholders updated through regular communication regarding project status, issues, timelines, and upcoming releases.
• Cultivate deep expertise in organizational operations, product functionality, and user workflows to become a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements, improvements, and process optimizations based on user feedback and operational insights.
• Assist in sprint planning and backlog management by defining priorities with team leads and refining user stories.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives) to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyze product usage and feedback to provide data-driven recommendations for future development or technical initiatives.
• Document product requirements, workflows, and system changes in clear and accessible formats.
• Build strong relationships with both stakeholders and developers to foster trust and facilitate effective collaboration.
• Monitor releases and verify that delivered solutions meet user and business needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• This position may involve managing Product Analysts depending on team structure.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate complex needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, and adaptability in messaging for executive, engineering, or customer-facing audiences.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management practices.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role.
• Experience working with software development teams and end-users is required.
• Prior experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams is highly preferred.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a significant advantage.
• Management experience or capability is a plus for potential future team expansion.
