Senior Product Manager – Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the product strategy for Fastpath Assure, overseeing the roadmap direction across governance, compliance, audit, segregation of duties (SoD), access reviews, provisioning, and application governance.

• Take charge of the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation and market analysis to execution, launch, and continuous optimization.

• Identify and prioritize product features that enhance Fastpath Assure’s competitive edge, customer uptake, and long-term strategic value.

• Propel strategic business outcomes by collaborating across functions with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and customer success teams to enhance retention, product-market fit, and revenue potentials.

• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gain a profound understanding of market needs, validate requirements, and uncover opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

• Lead initiatives to assess customer adoption, product engagement, competitive positioning, and market trends to guide product strategy and business choices.

• Partner with engineering teams to convert business and product priorities into scalable technical solutions.

• Support strategic initiatives to extend the capabilities of Fastpath Assure into broader platform efforts when suitable.

• Create internal enablement, product documentation, and go-to-market support materials that enhance field readiness and communication of customer value.

• Remain updated on trends in governance, risk, compliance (GRC), identity governance, AI-powered governance, analytics, and automation to guide roadmap updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of demonstrated product management experience, preferably in SaaS, governance, GRC, IAM, IGA, compliance, audit, or enterprise security domains.

• In-depth knowledge of governance, risk, compliance (GRC), access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), identity governance, or related security fields.

• Experience with enterprise applications such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

• Proven capability to independently manage product areas, roadmap strategy, and execution in intricate environments.

• Strong customer-centric approach with a proven ability to translate customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives into product direction.

• Technical expertise or a solid understanding of software development processes and product architecture.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and achieving results in fast-paced product organizations.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

• Analytical mindset capable of balancing customer demands, product competitiveness, and business growth opportunities.

• High sense of ownership, strategic curiosity, and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
