This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to develop and design a comprehensive digital strategy, then lead our teams in its execution.
• Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed product team members located in our delivery centers across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
• Partner with engineering leads to oversee the overall progress of projects and resource allocation, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
• Guide the team in executing a short-term plan by effectively prioritizing and scheduling content and timelines for releases.
• Establish product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments, becoming the primary expert for the product.
• Make informed prioritization trade-offs within the framework of product objectives.
• Communicate plans, priorities, and status updates to clients, team members, and internal management as appropriate.
• Measure and enhance business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, continuously monitor progress, and report on milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain a keen awareness of industry issues and trends, especially regarding accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to incorporate them into future projects and stay ahead in the market.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership role (Sr. PM, Lead PM, Director).
• At least 5 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise in managing complex digital products, business logic, processes, and diverse client needs.
• Experience in organizational leadership, including the ability to work with and influence teams and executive leaders.
• Proven track record in problem-solving with a proactive “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to grasp the broader vision amidst details.
• Experience working with global teams is essential.
• Highly culturally aware.
• Proficient in User Research; advocating for users’ needs throughout the customer experience and facilitating workshops.
• A relationship builder who is empathetic and collaborative, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies for developing top-tier products.
