Staff Product Manager – Media Measurement, Data Collaboration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of a multi-quarter product vision and strategy for intricate or interconnected products.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle management from discovery through development, launch, and realization of value.

• Enhance customer and business insight through data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms.

• Focus on prioritizing impactful solutions and measurable outcomes for the product.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide technical direction in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.

• Leverage data-driven decision-making and experimentation to confirm assumptions and improve outcomes.

• Provide mentorship to product managers regarding roadmap development, launch preparedness, and customer-focused practices.

• Recognize innovation opportunities and ensure they are in line with broader organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field along with 7 years of experience in product management.

• Option 2: 9 years of experience in product management or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, roadmap creation, and lifecycle management for complex or related products.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and the capability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Proven ability to implement data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and experimentation.

• Comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies and principles of software product management.

• Experience in converting customer insights and market trends into prioritized, measurable problem statements and product outcomes.

• Capacity to mentor and uplift less experienced product managers.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related area with 6 years of experience as a product manager.

• Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and best practices in digital accessibility.
