Staff Product Manager, Financial Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product vision and strategic direction for the Financial Risk platform.

• Lead the development roadmap for the Decision Platform.

• Develop and enhance tools and automation for fraud investigations.

• Establish and refine the framework for restrictions and mitigation.

• Function as a platform Product Manager by designing scalable APIs.

• Collaborate extensively with the Fraud and Data Science teams on the integration of fraud models.

• Manage crucial risk metrics and leverage data to inform prioritization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on fraud, risk, or trust & safety.

• Proven experience as a platform Product Manager: you have developed systems utilized by other teams.

• Strong technical proficiency: you have a deep understanding of streaming architectures, workflow orchestration, and ML model integration.

• Data-driven approach to decision making: you apply quantitative analysis to uncover fraud patterns, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and prioritize investments.

• Experience collaborating with fraud operations teams: you are familiar with investigation workflows, alert triage, and case management processes.
