Staff Product Manager, Files Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy for the Files Platform.

• Facilitate product discovery and convert insights into a structured roadmap.

• Foster alignment among teams around a cohesive vision for Files.

• Implement enhancements for file search, filtering, and the organization of metadata.

• Develop advanced document functionalities such as summarization and workflow automation.

• Establish success metrics and convey progress to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.

• Strong ability to think systemically.

• Competence in making informed build-vs-buy or partnership decisions.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.

• Familiarity with APIs, permissioning, metadata, and workflows.

• Strong customer focus and workflow orientation.

• Interest in intelligent document workflows.
