This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for equipment diagnostics, enhancing the core technician experience while broadening diagnostic intelligence across the platform.
• Foster adoption among various trades and personas using ServiceTitan, ensuring a truly appreciated and essential experience.
• Develop a diagnostic platform layer that can be utilized across numerous AI-driven workflows within the product.
• Formulate and manage the strategy for the equipment data graph that will support multiple workflows.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions with technicians and service operators to thoroughly comprehend actual diagnostic workflows and identify where AI can provide the most significant impact, avoiding the trap of developing AI merely for its own sake.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to create intelligent, dependable, and efficient experiences that function effectively in real-world conditions.
• Contribute to the overarching roadmap for how AI can reshape field service workflows in the physical realm.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management with a proven history of launching and scaling complex products.
• Experience in developing AI-driven or intelligent systems products — you grasp what is needed to ensure AI is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely useful in practical applications.
• Strong instincts for mobile products: you recognize the constraints and opportunities involved in creating solutions for field workers.
• A diagnostic mindset: you thrive on tackling low-adoption challenges, and you can distinguish between UX issues, positioning problems, and product gaps.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem landscapes and evolving toward clarity through collaboration with customers and data.
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Capable of performing complex data analyses to guide product decisions and direction.
• Experience in partnering with third parties to create collaborative products.
• Nice to have: familiarity with products where end users engage in physical, time-sensitive tasks — in fields such as field service, logistics, industrial, healthcare, or similar environments.
