Staff Product Manager, Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Foley's enterprise data model.

• Lead the medallion architecture from a product definition standpoint.

• Manage the definitions for Silver and Gold layer data.

• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to prioritize the engineering backlog.

• Serve as the main data platform partner for business stakeholders.

• Handle communication with stakeholders.

• Maintain a weekly connection with the AI Value Creation Office.

• Ensure delivery against quarterly Key Results (KRs).

• Lead the product roadmap for Foley's intelligence self-service platform.

• Manage the API layer as a product.

• Define and uphold the metric layer.

• Collaborate with data analysts and engineering to facilitate self-service intelligence.

• Promote platform adoption and capability enablement throughout the organization.

• Manage the backlog for capabilities and paved paths.

• Strong technical expertise in data.

• Profound understanding of data architecture concepts.

• Practical experience with modern data tools.

• Ability to draft clear technical requirements.

• Comfort with the self-service/distributed intelligence model.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to quickly adapt in a new domain.

• Ownership mentality.

• Previous experience as a data engineer or analytics engineer is a plus.

• Experience in a compliance, regulatory, or data-as-a-product environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Amazon Neptune, graph data models, or entity resolution concepts is beneficial.
