This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Extract data from relational databases, EDW, Foundry, and various other sources for analytical purposes.
• Collaborate with operational business stakeholders to determine initiatives and resolve business challenges through data analysis and advanced analytics.
• Conduct quality assurance on reporting and dashboard outputs.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with data and analytical solutions.
• Identify issues in current processes and business dependencies.
• Organize and facilitate requirements gathering throughout discovery, analysis, value validation, design, and testing phases.
• Work closely with functional analysts and business process owners.
• Monitor changes in the business environment and suggest opportunities for enhancing analytics.
• Develop Tableau Standard Operating Procedures for peer reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders on AI and machine learning projects.
• Prepare data for AI/ML models and assist in model development, validation, and performance evaluation.
• Support Generative AI and LLM initiatives, including identifying business use cases and assessing AI-generated outputs.
• Create reports, dashboards, data queries, ensure data quality, and provide ETL support for data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence development or data processing/analytical roles, or a combination thereof.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical position.
• Current BI or NACLC Public Trust security clearance is required; sponsorship is not offered.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, dashboard design, data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficiency in SAS development, including SAS/Macro, Data Step, and SAS/Access.
• Experience with Enterprise Guide and Enterprise Miner/SAS Data Mining procedures is advantageous.
• Strong SQL capabilities and Tableau development expertise.
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience collaborating with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Background in preparing data for AI/ML models and supporting model development, validation, and performance assessment.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM initiatives, including identifying business use cases and evaluating AI-generated results.
• Proficiency in Python libraries and tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to illustrate the future potential and advantages of analytics activities to clients.
• Experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
• Quality assurance and validation experience in comparing multiple data sources.
• Experience in building or operating production systems that integrate generative AI/LLMs.
• Solid understanding of AI output evaluation and quality assessment.
• Skills in backend or full-stack engineering, including data flow, APIs, and deployment.
• Experience in prompt engineering and iterative model tuning.
• Capability to work independently, manage a backlog, and balance delivery speed with precision.
