Staff Product Manager – B2B, GenAI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the definition of product requirements, working collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Gympass to suggest new product solutions while consistently evaluating and enhancing existing product functionality and performance.

• Articulate and convey your product vision along with the benefits it brings to our users and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee product planning, developing and managing high-quality product roadmaps.

• Collaborate closely with data, product design, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive, scalable, and visually appealing products.

• Partner with other product teams, both within and outside Wellhub, to synchronize on dependencies and create impactful solutions for our partners, users, and clients.

• Establish OKRs, set goals, define metrics, and monitor their progress.

• Investigate innovative methods to enhance existing services, products, and processes.

• Manage our backlog and facilitate meetings with engineers and designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management for exceptional tech products developed from the ground up, working closely with engineering and design teams.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to derive insights, iterate, and enhance products.

• Capability to prioritize effectively and make pragmatic decisions.

• Skill in analyzing intricate requirements and simplifying them into user-friendly and intuitive products.

• Preferred experience in leading conversational products, particularly those that power LLM products.

• Preferred experience in leading sales-oriented products.

• Ability to cultivate robust relationships with business stakeholders, establishing credibility and effectively aligning and communicating your product vision.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and influence decision-making.

• An entrepreneurial and self-motivated attitude, with a keen desire to drive progress.

• Ability to generate original ideas and propose innovative product solutions.

• A background in engineering or software development is advantageous.

• Experience in agile development environments is preferred.
