This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Take full ownership of product deployments from start to finish: establishing strategic vision, defining requirements, managing backlog, planning sprints, making scope decisions, overseeing releases, and evaluating outcomes.
• Influence technical decisions in collaboration with engineering: assess architecture, feasibility, trade-offs, and uphold robust company-wide standards. Question estimates that appear misaligned.
• Act as a liaison between users and engineers: convert operational readiness challenges into product requirements through direct user engagement. You will work closely with actual users.
• Influence the evolution of the platform: engage in R&D initiatives involving data ontology management, agent orchestration (MCP/A2A), and generative interfaces. Partner with other senior technical staff to shape the vision.
• Enhance delivery operations: ensure the product minimizes manual effort across various contract types and deployment models.
• Communicate effectively: deliver executive briefings, conduct demos, create PRDs, author strategic documents, and foster cross-functional alignment. You serve as the essential connection. As a Staff PM, you will also mentor other members of the product team.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance (or the capability to obtain one promptly).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent technical degree) or 1-2 years of experience in software engineering.
• A minimum of 6 years in product management or software engineering with a track record of delivering software in agile settings.
• Proficient in reading code, evaluating architecture, and engaging in technical discussions.

• Competitive salary, equity, and performance-based bonuses.
