Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from initial discovery through to launch.

• Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather customer feedback to derive valuable business insights.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to swiftly create top-tier products.

• Establish essential product metrics and performance indicators to assess product success.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and utilize data-driven decisions to enhance resource allocation and maximize product impact.

• Engage thoroughly with customers to gain insights into buyer and user needs, as well as to identify pain points.

• Work alongside marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market strategies.

• Partner with stakeholders to develop and refine product execution processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product management within a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.

• Proven track record in owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business outcomes (e.g., through analytics, economic principles, and competitive analysis).

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for translating complex ideas into actionable product strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide product decisions.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset for identifying, defining, and prioritizing challenges, opportunities, and solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in project management.
