Staff Product Manager, AI & Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bugcrowd’s AI & Data division.

• Create and enhance an automated triage and deduplication system.

• Develop data models and pipelines that consolidate and correlate verified findings.

• Formulate the logic that identifies the most significant issues.

• Collaborate with engineering to present actionable recommendations.

• Work closely with the Agentic Products Product Management team.

• Define and take ownership of the metrics to ensure the platform's effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.

• A data-driven systems thinker.

• Proficient in the security domain.

• A strategic leader.

• Capable of tactical execution.

• Knowledgeable in writing or reviewing SIEM/Splunk-style detection rules.

• Experience with machine learning for entity resolution and risk assessment.

• Acquainted with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.

• An active user of AI-native tools.
