This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent interfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the underlying AI platform that enables our prompt-based agent experiences. You will establish the direction and lead it through to delivery alongside Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Ensure cohesive integration. Organize the work so that the surfaces complement one another, create shared components that serve both 1st-party and 3rd-party agents, and maintain team alignment to deliver a unified product rather than a fragmented one.
• Establish the benchmark for quality in environments where products can behave inconsistently. Define the quality standards for agent experiences, along with the evaluations, guardrails, and metrics that uphold these standards across the board.
• Cater to both developers and creators simultaneously. Balance the needs of developer-centric tools like MCP and APIs with a user-friendly assistant for visual, less-technical creators, ensuring neither side is compromised.
• Foster alignment across Webflow, beyond just your immediate teams. Represent the agent domain to leadership, translate strategy into actionable plans, and effectively manage cross-functional disagreements across Engineering, GTM, and other areas independently and constructively.
• Get hands-on and contribute directly. Product Managers at Webflow bring value in various ways, including coding. You'll prototype concepts, implement improvements where needed, and remain closely involved with the implementation to make informed product decisions.
• Make strategic, long-term investments as the AI landscape evolves. With fast-paced changes in models, protocols, and techniques, you'll keep a close connection with customers, discern real standards from passing trends, and continuously elevate the speed and quality of our output.
• Enhance the craft around you. Establish reusable patterns and standards for other teams to build upon, and mentor PMs and partners as the agent practice develops.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• A minimum of 8 years in product management, with significant expertise in AI-driven systems and a proven record of directing strategy for expansive, ambiguous product domains.
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility. Understand the strengths and limitations of LLM-based tools through substantial hands-on experience with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
• Have established quality benchmarks for non-deterministic products, defining evaluations, guardrails, and success metrics that ensure high quality amid variable outputs, and have successfully led a team to adhere to these standards.
• Ability to cater to two distinct audiences. You have experience creating both developer-focused tools and user-friendly products for less-technical creators, ensuring both perspectives are considered without compromising either.
• A passion for the complete software development process. You are curious about all aspects of product creation and enjoy engaging with the details wherever necessary, whether it’s submitting a pull request, conducting user interviews, prototyping ideas, drafting queries to clarify metrics, or writing concise briefs.
• Influence rather than command. You set strategy and engage Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership, confidently working with senior stakeholders to drive decisions forward without waiting for directives.
• Maintain a sense of curiosity, building knowledge in emerging AI technologies to enhance both your own performance and that of your team.
• Equity in what you help create. Every permanent employee at Webflow receives equity (RSUs) in our expanding, privately held company.
• Comprehensive health coverage. Medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering the majority of premiums.
• Family life support at every stage. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and an additional 6+ weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, along with inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
• Time off that truly allows for rest. Flexible vacation policies, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and return inspired.
• Holistic wellness support. Access to mental health resources, therapy, and coaching services.
• Investment in your future. A 401(k) plan with a 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., along with global retirement savings support.
• Monthly stipends that adapt to your lifestyle. Localized support for work-related and wellness expenses — from internet services to fitness programs.
• Bonus for collaborative achievements. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
