
Staff Product Manager β AI Agents, Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Own and advance the vision for the Intelligence domain: Develop and keep updated a 12β18 month AI product thesis that captures changes in the AI landscape.
β’ Lead the agent platform from start to finish: Fully manage Skubot (our in-app agent), the action/capability catalog, agent permissions, and the public MCP interface.
β’ Drive monetization and value of AI: Create strategies for credit pricing, packaging, and overages; assess displaced labor hours and revenue generated for distributors to inform prioritization.
β’ Implement measures for quantifiable success: Set up in-product analytics, LLM observability (including traces and token costs), and establish adoption baselines to monitor performance.
β’ Conduct discovery and execute with safety: Validate hypotheses and deploy dependable, secure agent write-actions with high trust, confirmation processes, and audit capabilities.
β’ Connect product, engineering, and design: Convert technical agent functionalities into comprehensive PRDs and collaborate directly with engineers on design specifics.
β’ Maintain strong customer engagement: Interact directly with users weekly through discovery calls, beta feedback, and adoption evaluations.
β’ Oversee broader Intelligence aspects: Manage backlogs and balance ongoing enhancements across reporting, CRM, mockups, and notifications while aligning with the agent roadmap.
β’ Communicate and promote: Update leadership on progress, economics, and trade-offs while advocating for agent functionalities both internally and within the skummunity.
β’ Over 6 years of product experience, including successfully delivering agents, LLM-powered features, APIs, or complex technical products into production.
β’ Strong quantitative skills and fluency in AI, with experience in usage-based monetization models, LLM behavior/observability, and product analytics tools (such as SQL, Metabase, or Fullstory).
β’ Demonstrated capability to create and defend an independent product thesis, translating a high-level vision into clear engineering direction and measurable business outcomes.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously while also valuing collaboration and connection with others.
β’ Experience with (or enthusiasm for) working in AI.
β’ Bonus: Familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse), continuous delivery methodologies, or design strategies for agent safety (such as human-in-the-loop and confirmation processes).
β’ Remote-first culture (with numerous excellent in-person experiences interspersed).
