Staff Product Manager – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the entire process from discovery to launch of AI agents in the Revenue Management domain.

• Strategically plan, configure, and fine-tune AI agents to enhance quality, reliability, and business outcomes.

• Deliver quickly. Draft specifications, design workflows, create prototypes, and collaborate closely with designers and engineers to bring features into production.

• Create evaluation frameworks to systematically assess agent quality — develop test suites, analyze output patterns and edge cases, and leverage these insights to progressively enhance performance.

• Establish and validate guardrails to guarantee safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance in real-world pricing scenarios.

• Leverage AI tools and agents to expedite your workflow.

• Implement customer feedback mechanisms (weekly meetings with key accounts) and utilize this information to prioritize effectively.

• Work alongside Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure successful product implementation and drive user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A builder mentality is preferred over formal pedigree. We value what you've created and the speed at which you've done it.

• A minimum of 7 years in product management, product engineering, or a technical consulting position in a high-growth startup or technology company.

• Experience in launching 0-to-1 products that customers actively use — not merely features listed on a roadmap.

• Strong product instincts complemented by a design sensibility.

• Proficiency in leading customer discovery and converting complex qualitative feedback into clear product direction.

• Background in defining quality metrics and creating evaluation loops — You’ve assessed whether something is effective and utilized that feedback for improvement.

• Eagerness to build with modern AI/LLM tools for enhanced efficiency (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) — with a proven ability to quickly acquire new skills and technologies.

• Preference for action and iteration over perfection and rigid processes.

• Experience in proptech, multifamily, or real estate is a significant advantage but not a requirement — curiosity about the field is more important.
