Staff Product Experience Designer

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UX Research, Product Design, or a combination of UX roles

• Demonstrated capability as a full-stack UX expert (research + strategy + design)

• A robust portfolio showcasing comprehensive ownership from research to design implementation

• Proven skill in designing multi-step workflows, multi-role experiences, and interconnected systems

• Experience in designing for public-sector, compliance-driven, or policy-restricted environments

• Background in fast-paced settings with a lean Human-Centered Design (HCD) and agile approach

• Experience in agile, cross-functional product development teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or a related field

• Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration competencies

• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
