Staff Product Designer, Pay Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Oversee the design for your area, making strategic choices regarding design and user experience associated with core features, while spearheading initiatives aimed at future functionality.

• Enhance the team's maturity by mentoring, offering and receiving feedback, and collaborating to consistently elevate our quality standards.

• Work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to comprehend customer needs, challenges, and aspirations, generating innovative ideas, validating feasible solutions, and executing them to the highest quality.

• Exhibit self-motivation and demonstrate the ability to work independently, packaging and presenting solutions to the broader creative team efficiently and excellently.

• Develop user flows that span from low-fidelity wireframes to fully realized, pixel-perfect designs that foster intuitive user experiences.

• Play a role in creating and maintaining our design system, participating in team critiques and reviews, leading cross-domain initiatives, and facilitating design workshops.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to create scalable, polished components and ensure alignment between design and coded artifacts.

• Utilize AI prototyping as a means to explore conceptual ideas, iterating with your cross-functional teammates and actualizing ideas with functional flows.

• Motivate yourself and your colleagues to deliver top-quality work, ensuring pixel-perfect results while embracing and promoting new methods and approaches.

• Advocate for our experience principles by guaranteeing usability, scalability, and accessibility in every aspect of your work.

• Actively engage in our cross-functional culture by promoting quality, shaping our operational methods, and providing peer support, critique, and feedback to others.

• A skilled individual contributor designer with outstanding experience in designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces.

• Given that our customers are enterprise users, the ability to empathize with these users and apply user-centered design techniques to enhance your design solutions at scale is essential.

• An impressive portfolio of product design work that provides significant evidence of your capacity to think within holistic, scalable systems, combined with a profound understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals.

• You advocate for consistency and recognize the importance of building systematically and holistically, while also knowing when to prioritize innovation.

• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to construct strong narratives around your design work, provide direction and guidance to others, and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders - with proficient written and spoken English.

• You are accustomed to and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with a work history that demonstrates your expert ability to autonomously assume ownership of design across complex domains and multiple projects with overlapping organizational lines.

• Strong evidence of your effectiveness as a cross-functional collaborator with product and engineering teams, successfully building consensus, resolving disputes, and driving the business toward impactful outcomes.

• You are a respected voice within the organization, focused not only on enhancing the design system and product experience but also on influencing quality, culture, and operational methodologies.

• Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience in designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for sectors such as HRTech, FinTech, etc.

• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is viewed as a positive attribute.
