Staff Product Designer, Incident Response Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders across engineering, product management, technical writing, go-to-market, and product design to refine and enhance our products.

• Capture user requirements and challenges, design directions, trade-offs, and detailed designs using a range of product design and visual communication tools, including advanced tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude Code where beneficial to your practice.

• Partner with researchers, cross-functional teams, and key clients such as members of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Design Partnership Program (DPP) to plan and implement formative and evaluative research initiatives.

• Deliver practical, cohesive, and highly scalable design solutions that effectively balance the needs of the business, customers, and users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing for developers, SREs, and other highly technical users.

• A portfolio showcasing well-defined design work that positively impacted specific business objectives, metrics, or KPIs for complex and data-intensive development tools and/or enterprise SaaS products.

• Ability to make informed design decisions that suitably align business objectives, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations.

• Capability to produce practical, cohesive, and scalable design solutions in a dynamic environment where industry standards are continuously evolving.

• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams across various locations and time zones to iteratively develop and enhance products while maintaining the overall design vision.

• Experience in a fully-remote, fast-paced setting where open sharing, transparency, and autonomy are encouraged.
