This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues and leaders across engineering, product management, technical writing, go-to-market, and product design to refine and enhance our products.
β’ Capture user requirements and challenges, design directions, trade-offs, and detailed designs using a range of product design and visual communication tools, including advanced tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude Code where beneficial to your practice.
β’ Partner with researchers, cross-functional teams, and key clients such as members of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Design Partnership Program (DPP) to plan and implement formative and evaluative research initiatives.
β’ Deliver practical, cohesive, and highly scalable design solutions that effectively balance the needs of the business, customers, and users.
β’ Experience in designing for developers, SREs, and other highly technical users.
β’ A portfolio showcasing well-defined design work that positively impacted specific business objectives, metrics, or KPIs for complex and data-intensive development tools and/or enterprise SaaS products.
β’ Ability to make informed design decisions that suitably align business objectives, product priorities, customer feedback, research insights, and technical considerations.
β’ Capability to produce practical, cohesive, and scalable design solutions in a dynamic environment where industry standards are continuously evolving.
β’ Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams across various locations and time zones to iteratively develop and enhance products while maintaining the overall design vision.
β’ Experience in a fully-remote, fast-paced setting where open sharing, transparency, and autonomy are encouraged.
