Semiconductor Design Manager, Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Supervise a range of semiconductor manufacturing or other advanced manufacturing initiatives.

• Lead the design team for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

• Oversee project resources and personnel.

• Conduct and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders.

• Recognize issues early and devise innovative solutions.

• Actively manage and communicate changes throughout the project's duration.

• Perform peer reviews and quality assessments.

• Offer project updates and address any arising issues.

• Create technical and financial proposals.

• Cultivate trusting relationships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License required.

• Ten years of relevant experience in design and/or project management.

• Five years of experience in semiconductor design.

• High emotional intelligence and situational awareness.

• Strong interpersonal judgment.

• Ability to adapt to various situations.

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral).

• Capability to operate in dynamic, time-sensitive environments with minimal oversight.

• Team leadership abilities.
