Senior UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Translation of UX into exceptional user interfaces

• Visualization of data through dashboards

• (Re-)design of complex tools and software

• Advanced proficiency in Figma

• Development and presentation of documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes

• Collaboration with UX designers

• Communicating design concepts and prototypes to software developers

• Acting as a liaison between the client and the team

• Excellent sense of aesthetics

• Proficient use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, applying them throughout the UI process

• Experience with AI-assisted coding (Vibe Coding) and demonstrable implementation of personal AI-driven tools or workflows

• Experience in building and evolving design systems, along with close collaboration with development teams

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience

• Fluent German, both spoken and written

• Experience in the health insurance sector is a significant advantage

• Proficiency with design software, particularly Figma

• Experience in interaction design and information architecture

• Up-to-date knowledge of usability and conversion best practices

• Familiarity with new apps, trends, tools, etc.

• Excellent team player with empathy and outstanding social skills
