Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to refine designs and incorporate feedback throughout the development process.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly convey design concepts and interactions for both web and mobile platforms.

• Oversee the complete design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that solutions are user-friendly and align with business objectives.

• Assist in creating and maintaining a cohesive design system that embodies Businessolver’s brand standards and enhances the overall user experience.

• Perform user research, usability testing, and data analysis to pinpoint issues and identify opportunities for enhancement. Create personas, user journeys, and scenarios to guide design decisions.

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, validate concepts, and refine solutions.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise software or digital products, showcasing experience in designing for both web and mobile applications.

• Experience in agile or iterative development settings, with a solid understanding of how design fits into the development lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable software.

• Knowledge of user research tools and methodologies.

• Experience in conversational design, including the creation of chatbots and voice-based interactions, is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and apply insights to design choices.

• A robust portfolio that highlights your expertise in user-centered design, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to create engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and conversational platforms.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and rationalize design decisions.
