This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

• Continue advancing our design system: Take the lead in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and development.

• Build Connections Between Design and Engineering: Create and implement innovative collaborative workflows.

• Develop and Document: Design, construct, and sustain a library of reusable components.

• Foster Adoption and Consistency: Be the main advocate for the new design system.

• Contribute to and manage product features: Engage actively in the complete product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive Experience: At least 8+ years in product design.

• Leadership in Design Systems: Proven capability to define strategy, establish direction, and drive successful implementation.

• Strong Product Design Skills: Proven track record of contributing to and managing end-to-end product features.

• Passion for Emerging Technology: A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for integrating AI within the design process.

• Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).

• Visionary Leadership: Capability to articulate a clear vision for new initiatives, influence stakeholders, and guide teams through transitions.

• Exceptional Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts and advocate for the design system.
