📋 Description

• Oversee intricate client projects from start to finish — including discovery, strategy, information architecture, design, prototyping, and handoff.

• Proactively identify and address challenges that may hinder design teams.

• Advance the AI practice and share successful strategies.

• Create sustainable design systems within multifaceted projects.

• Engage in pre-sales activities with precise estimations and risk evaluations.

• Guide and mentor fellow designers, encouraging the adoption of new tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product design

• Proficiency in Figma

• Comfortable collaborating closely with code

• Proven, practical application of AI tools in the design workflow

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to provide accurate estimates on complex projects

• Experience in pre-sales is advantageous.
