• Join Remote at a crucial time as we transform global employment. In the role of Staff Performance Video Content Producer, you will serve as a link between Brand Design and Performance Marketing, with a primary focus on producing Performance Video Content.
• You will spearhead the comprehensive execution of impactful video advertising for our key campaigns. We seek a seasoned creative who thrives on iteration, values automation, and has practical expertise in video production and motion design while effectively engaging audiences.
• Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply creating videos; you will manage the production pipeline specifically developed for high-velocity performance video marketing. We require a strategic thinker capable of designing a workflow that emphasizes testing, learning, and scaling. You will be accountable for constructing and maintaining a systematic pipeline that harmonizes the art of video with the science of metrics.
• You will oversee the entire production lifecycle of performance video content, ensuring that each asset is meticulously designed to enhance conversion and expand our global footprint. As a Staff Individual Contributor, you will be expected to make decisive choices and mentor others based on your extensive knowledge. You will be part of an elite Brand Design team and will report to our Video Content Production Manager.
• Extensive experience in motion design and/or video production, accompanied by a strong portfolio showcasing high-performing video and motion assets, demonstrating a swift and effective transition from concept to final execution.
• An automation-first mindset—you're adept at thinking in variants and creating tools that save time while you concentrate on more significant tasks. You are comfortable engaging in technical discussions to simplify and enhance scalability.
• Proven ability to convert data-driven insights into actionable creative modifications that lead to measurable enhancements in performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Experience in managing production schedules, overseeing large campaigns, and guiding video projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated ownership of critical elements within a design or creative production process (e.g., maintaining the ad production pipeline, developing brand and campaign asset toolkits).
• Profound expertise in adapting existing assets across multiple channels.
• A relentless passion for elevating design quality, fostering innovation, and encouraging experimentation within a performance-driven context.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with considerable experience effectively partnering with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams.
• Proficient in utilizing AI within a video production setting, whether to streamline workflows or to create personalized tools.
• While not mandatory, prior experience working remotely is considered advantageous.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
