This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the production of assigned conferences from inception to completion, which encompasses agenda formulation, speaker recruitment, content development, and event organization.
• Perform market analysis to uncover industry trends, emerging topics, significant challenges, and opportunities pertinent to the assigned conferences.
• Evaluate research and industry insights to craft conference agendas that meet market demands and provide value to both attendees and sponsors.
• Identify, recruit, and oversee speakers, moderators, and industry experts for conference involvement.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with industry leaders, executives, speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
• Collaborate with Audience Development, Sponsorship Sales, Marketing, and Conference Coordination teams to enhance event growth and execution.
• Monitor the performance of conferences and contribute to strategies aimed at boosting attendance, sponsorship revenue, and overall event success.
• Keep precise records of speaker communications, event updates, and related activities within internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Attend and supervise live conferences, including speaker management, opening and closing remarks, session moderation, and on-site event execution as required.
• Assist with audience development and sponsorship initiatives as needed to ensure the success of assigned events.
• Engage in team meetings, planning discussions, and ongoing event strategy development.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• A valid U.S. entry visa is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication is required.
• A minimum of 3 years in conference production or relevant experience in conference programming, event content development, journalism, communications, or a similar field.
• Strong research, analytical, and information-gathering capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills with the capacity to develop professional conference agendas and related content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events concurrently.
• Professional and confident communication abilities, including engagement with senior executives and industry leaders.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and a proactive stance on problem-solving.
• Willingness and capability to travel to support live conferences and on-site event execution.
• 100% remote work environment with occasional travel to on-site conferences (dependent on position).
