This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the production of a significant number of titles each year

• Manage multiple deadlines while keeping track of concurrent projects

• Identify and collaborate with production vendors and external contractors

• Create casting lists for various titles and coordinate with fellow producers

• Ensure that audiobook production adheres to schedules and stays within budget

• Resolve issues and collaborate with in-house production teams

• Maintain a high standard of production quality for all audiobook programs

• Build and nurture relationships with editors, authors, and agents

• Assist with additional production tasks as required

• At least 4 years of experience in audiobook production

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and resolving issues under pressure

• Proactive self-starter and effective team player

• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized

• Strong skills in project management

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with Airtable is a plus

• Conversational or fluent proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
