This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Deliver exceptional virtual patient care through video and telephonic consultations.
• Perform virtual patient evaluations, which include gathering medical histories, conducting mental status assessments, and diagnosing and managing prevalent mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with patients to develop and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, and provide suitable follow-up.
• Independently manage patient consultations in states that grant full practice authority.
• Facilitate the acquisition of additional licensure in states with full practice authority as required by the practice.
• Prescribe suitable medications and therapies while adhering to evidence-based practices.
• Track patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer patient education and support, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse holding either a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Post-Masters Graduate Certificate.
• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Active, independent state licenses in high-demand states: Arizona, Iowa, Washington, Nevada, Illinois, Virginia, Oregon, Minnesota, or Utah.
• Board Certification from ANCC or AANP.
• Must be registered as a Medicaid provider or be eligible for enrollment upon hiring.
• A pristine professional record with no disciplinary actions from the board.
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities and confidence in independent practice.
• Proficient with technology and adaptable to telehealth platforms and changing virtual care protocols.
• A genuine passion for establishing meaningful patient relationships in a digital setting.
