Staff Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development lifecycle of our mobile application, from initial architecture to final features deployment.

• Develop and sustain integrations with external APIs and third-party SDKs.

• Work closely with product and design teams to convert intricate requirements into sleek, high-performing mobile experiences.

• Design the mobile app to ensure scalability, maintainability, and an exceptional user experience.

• Advocate for code quality, testing, and CI/CD methodologies tailored to mobile development.

• Guide engineers on mobile best practices and serve as a force multiplier for the entire team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in mobile engineering with substantial expertise in React Native.

• Proven history of launching multiple mobile applications from the ground up throughout your career.

• Extensive experience in integrating external APIs and third-party SDKs into live mobile applications.

• Proficient in TypeScript within a React Native environment, with a demonstrated ability to deliver production-quality applications.

• Strong foundation in mobile architecture, performance enhancement, and app store submission.

• Experience in dynamic startup environments where you have developed products from inception to launch.

• Capability to establish technical direction and mentor engineers, fostering their professional growth.

• A strong inclination towards action and execution — you move swiftly, iterate rapidly, and achieve results.
