Staff Materials Research Scientist – PFAS Alternative Discovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the partner validation process

• Manage the discovery workflow and evaluate candidates

• Utilize expertise in the semiconductor domain

• Complete the experimental feedback loop

• Ensure alignment of targets across internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline

• Over 6 years of post-PhD experience in industrial or applied research and development focused on semiconductor process chemicals

• Hands-on experience in discovering or assessing PFAS-lean/PFAS-free alternatives for semiconductor manufacturing

• Knowledge of semiconductor unit processes

• Proven ability to lead application-driven collaborations with external partners

• Skillful in Python programming

• Understanding of generative molecular design and high-throughput virtual screening
