This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, iterate, and implement secure production systems for both cloud-native and edge appliance deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on infrastructure, security, and deployment best practices that are effective in production environments.
• Take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure results for one or more critical programs or key infrastructure initiatives.
• Strengthen the artifact pipeline to ensure that the same signed builds operate consistently in cloud, single-tenant high-side, and air-gapped appliance deployments.
• Over 5 years of experience managing production infrastructure in DevOps/DevSecOps, Platform, SRE, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.
• Full-stack engineering experience when required, such as practical experience in designing, building, and managing services in a modern backend programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Rust, TypeScript).
• Extensive production experience with Kubernetes: operators, networking, storage, multi-cluster operations, and an understanding of failure points at scale.
• Proficiency with leading cloud providers (e.g., Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure), along with a strong intuition for designing across different providers and profiles.
• Solid understanding of application and infrastructure security principles: identity management, network segmentation, secrets management, common vulnerability classes, and sound security judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Proven track record of creating working solutions from the ground up, integrating different applications, and contributing to existing codebases to enhance their value.
• Experience in packaging and deploying workloads into disconnected or air-gapped environments.
• Capability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
