Staff Go Engineer, Distributed AI Control Plane

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of Go services for enforcing SLA, managing capacity, routing compliance, handling identity routing, and integrating billing systems.

• Implement high-concurrency routing and policy logic tailored for customer AI workloads.

• Create integrations with Kubernetes capacity APIs, identity-routing systems, Redis, billing platforms, and observability tools.

• Establish Redis-backed quota, rate-limiting, routing-cache, and failover functionalities.

• Design tenant-isolation and compliance-enforcement logic that operates effectively under real load conditions.

• Conduct failure-mode testing for degraded dependencies, Redis failover scenarios, and inconsistent capacity situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven staff-level experience in Go, particularly within distributed systems, infrastructure platforms, API gateways, control planes, or high-scale backend systems.

• Strong skills in concurrency, caching, failover strategies, latency management, and designing for partial failures.

• Familiarity with Redis, gRPC, REST, service architecture, and production-level observability.

• Knowledge of multi-tenant systems, policy enforcement mechanisms, identity-aware routing, or quota/rate-limit platforms.

• Capability to translate compliance and business regulations into deterministic runtime actions.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
