Staff Fullstack Engineer – Senior Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead architectural decisions and define the technical strategy for essential platform initiatives, especially those focused on AI-driven talent matching.

• Design, construct, and sustain scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.

• Develop and execute core platform functionalities and AI-enhanced features.

• Provide mentorship to engineers and enhance the team's technical discussions.

• Advocate for engineering best practices to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with product managers to refine the technical strategy.

• Work alongside data scientists to implement and optimize AI/ML models.

• Partner with security teams to guarantee global compliance.

• Produce high-quality, production-ready code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Expert-level knowledge in both Python and Ruby on Rails; this is a strict requirement.

• More than 7 years of experience in technical leadership.

• Proven history of managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong expertise in designing, building, and scaling distributed systems as well as complex, scalable architectures.

• A startup mindset.

• Demonstrated stability in previous positions; no frequent job changes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be based in the United States.
