Staff Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the ideation, scoping, design, and architecture of extensive technical initiatives from start to finish.

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy on projects that span several weeks or months.

• Design and create subscription management and retention experiences that are increasingly personalized with AI for millions of customers.

• Develop and construct AI agents that recommend and evaluate subscriber retention strategies.

• Act as a peer technical leader and mentor to team members.

• Elevate standards for code quality, system design, and engineering practices throughout the team.

• Build features across the entire stack utilizing both frontend and backend frameworks.

• Establish best-in-class frontend development standards across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in full stack software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.

• Proven ability to independently manage large, ambiguous technical projects from conception through to production.

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and CSS.

• Experience in designing and supporting scalable full-stack solutions.

• Proficient in using backend languages and frameworks to develop services and APIs.

• Committed to quality and delivering a best-in-class user experience.

• Enthusiastic about utilizing AI and eager to acquire new skills.

• Strong communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts, facilitating technical discussions, and influencing decisions across teams.

• Open to personal growth and exploring a wide range of long-term career opportunities.

• Familiar with Google Cloud and Kubernetes.

• Knowledgeable about accessibility best practices and WCAG Level AA.

• Experience with NodeJs, Django, or Go.

• Background in e-commerce products or high-traffic SaaS applications.

• Demonstrated success in engaging in the design of new systems at scale.
