Staff Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that facilitate seamless communication between backend platforms and user-facing applications.

• Design scalable backend services and APIs for data ingestion, processing, and integration.

• Enable real-time and near real-time data flows between client systems and cloud environments.

• Develop intuitive and responsive web interfaces for monitoring, visualization, and control dashboards.

• Integrate solutions with cloud services, databases, message brokers, and enterprise systems.

• Ensure secure communication through authentication, authorization, encryption, and certificate management.

• Apply cybersecurity best practices across remote access, endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, and application layers.

• Create platform-independent desktop applications to gather telemetry data and transmit it to AWS Cloud using SDKs.

• Establish secure protocols for remote desktop access and command execution to install software patches and manage Windows machines at client locations via the cloud.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance application and communication performance.

• Engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and deployment guides.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and uphold code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and peer validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end full stack applications that support data integration using AWS Cloud.

• Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer delivering production-quality applications utilizing Angular.js, Node.js, Python / C++ / Rust, and SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).

• Experience in developing platform-independent desktop applications for telemetry data collection.

• Proficient in designing and using RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on experience with real-time communication technologies such as REST/HTTP and WebSockets.

• Strong understanding of secure application and data communication principles.

• Practical experience deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Docker Compose.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with message brokers and streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or cloud messaging services.

• Experience with system monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

• Background in enterprise, security-focused, or compliance-driven environments.

• Experience with cross-compilation and multi-platform build systems or legacy migration projects.

• Knowledge of medical device regulations (IEC 62304, ISO 13485) or other high-compliance industries.

• Preference will be given to candidates from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology).
