Staff Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain full-stack solutions encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.

• Build and support initiatives aimed at growth, along with experiments and internal tools.

• Craft measurement systems and analytics architecture, going beyond mere implementation of tracking requirements.

• Collaborate across various systems and technologies to address business and product challenges.

• Work closely with product, growth, and leadership stakeholders to uncover opportunities and execute solutions.

• Design and enhance analytics, tracking, and measurement systems that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Implement and oversee integrations with third-party platforms and services, including Stripe, analytics tools, and external APIs.

• Participate in architectural and technical decision-making with a focus on pragmatism and scalability.

• Thrive in an environment characterized by changing priorities and limited structure.

• Assume ownership of initiatives from discovery through to implementation and iteration.

• Continuously assess and refine processes, tools, and system efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering or similar technical roles.

• Possess an architect's mindset with the capability to design scalable systems and make pragmatic trade-offs in uncertain environments.

• Strong experience in full-stack engineering across both frontend and backend technologies.

• Proficient in working with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.

• Skilled in designing analytics and measurement systems from the ground up, including event taxonomy, instrumentation strategy, attribution, and data pipelines.

• Familiarity with growth, analytics, or experimentation environments.

• Knowledge of tools and concepts related to tracking, analytics, and measurement architecture, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, or similar platforms.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges independently.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, systems, and business contexts.

• Experience in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environment is highly regarded.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable balancing technical depth with business impact and execution speed.

• Nice to have: Experience in building or supporting experimentation frameworks and growth systems.

• Familiarity with payment systems and integrations, such as Stripe.

• Experience in designing scalable analytics or event-tracking architectures.

• Previous experience as an early or foundational engineering hire.

• Exposure to product-led growth or data-informed product development environments.
