This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of five members stationed at a client location.
• Utilize problem-solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to facilitate AI-driven operational changes within healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with Qventus R&D leadership and integrate with client operational, executive, and IT teams.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s context and Qventus capabilities to pinpoint significant opportunities for customized AI Operational Assistant workflows.
• Design, implement, and enhance tailored AI Operational Assistant use cases for the client.
• Utilize LLM-based AI technologies such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA to develop sophisticated conversational systems.
• Employ agentic frameworks and tools.
• Implement conversation modeling techniques, including state machines, decision trees, and graph-based workflows.
• Connect bots with APIs, CRMs, and enterprise systems.
• Improve bot functionalities using custom scripts, API calls, and external system integrations.
• Optimize and refine AI agents using actual user data.
• Oversee and address agent failures, mismatches, and fallback challenges.
• Create and conduct unit, regression, and A/B testing.
• Establish real-time monitoring, analytics, and logging.
• Collaborate with the AI Solution Consultant to shape client use cases.
• Work with Qventus architects, engineers, data scientists, and client end-users, as well as IT teams, to define and enhance product requirements.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to refine LLM integration and behavior.
• Document conversation logic, prompt structures, and decision-making processes.
• Mentor and assist cross-functional colleagues across the forward-deployed client team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience and a demonstrated history in product management or solution architect roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Practical experience in agentic design, prompt engineering, and architecture.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging LLM technologies.
• Strong customer empathy and a commitment to making a real-world impact.
• Capability to independently troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving objectives and user feedback.
• Effective collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to travel as required to client locations, expected 25–50%.
• Experience with voice-enabled conversational AI systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG is advantageous.
• Experience in applying knowledge graphs within AI agent workflows is a plus.
• Previous experience in developing AI agents or automated workflows in healthcare or regulated sectors is beneficial.
• Background in healthcare operations, medicine, or healthcare finance is a plus.
