πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with Afresh's account lead and customer technical teams to define and design data sources, architecture, and production delivery pathways.

β€’ Integrate with customer data and engineering teams both remotely and on-site.

β€’ Seamlessly connect to customer cloud and data platforms.

β€’ Develop production-quality pipelines and transform complex enterprise data into reliable data products.

β€’ Design and deploy production-ready systems powered by LLMs and agents, which include retrieval, agentic workflows, data-quality agents, and analytics agents.

β€’ Incorporate field learnings into the shared platform's knowledge and grounding layer, agent frameworks, and serving infrastructure.

β€’ Establish evaluations, tracing, and tools to assess accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and costs.

β€’ Create intuitive interfaces and reusable components instead of one-off customer-specific code.

β€’ Manage the feedback loop between customer implementations and platform enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in developing production software and data systems, with a focus on robust, production-grade code.

β€’ Capacity to tackle ambiguous challenges and chaotic data environments, designing clear and viable solutions and executing them.

β€’ Practical experience in building real systems utilizing LLMs and agents, encompassing retrieval/RAG and tool usage.

β€’ Proficient in evaluating the quality of AI systems.

β€’ Background in data engineering, specifically in constructing and managing data pipelines and modeling complex enterprise data.

β€’ Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar.

β€’ Ability to collaborate directly with customer engineers and data teams.

β€’ Comfort in alternating between customer-facing tasks and the development of reusable infrastructure.

β€’ Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (approximately 10-20%).
