Staff Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Lead and drive experiences for consumer-facing products to develop personalized journeys.

• Oversee comprehensive experience design briefs across various surfaces and modalities.

• Create narratives, naming conventions, and value propositions for experiences and features.

• Define and take ownership of experience frameworks that map essential customer journeys.

• Shape content and information architecture across different platforms.

• Employ AI-assisted prototyping and concept development as a fundamental practice.

• Guide partners on experience-led thinking and the creation of cohesive experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in designing digital products and experiences for consumers across web and mobile platforms.

• Proven track record of projects that showcase proficiency in at least two design languages.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product and business leaders across various design disciplines.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in storytelling and presentation formats.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Slides and Figma.
