Staff ERP Application Engineer – Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud, overseeing comprehensive implementation and engineering initiatives.

• Design, configure, and enhance end-to-end workflows across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger.

• Establish and manage the transaction architecture for usage-based billing.

• Convert accounting policies and commercial frameworks into system designs for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios.

• Manage the architecture from subledger to GL across AR, RMCS, FAH, and Oracle GL.

• Create reliable integrations between Oracle Fusion and other platforms.

• Act as the design authority throughout various phases of implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex commercial constraints into scalable technical solutions.

• Develop and enforce strict development and coding standards for Oracle extensions and reports.

• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.

• Remain updated on Oracle’s quarterly releases, assessing new features and suggesting innovations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of overall ERP engineering experience.

• More than 7 years of specialized technical knowledge in architecting and developing solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Extensive functional and technical expertise in Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger.

• Proven experience in designing scalable accounting and revenue solutions for high-volume transactional settings.

• Strong background in integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment/settlement systems, tax engines, CRM/CLM platforms, and external general ledger/reporting systems.

• At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or significant transformations involving OTC, subscriptions, revenue accounting, or finance architecture.

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and extensive database management experience.

• Mastery of enterprise integration tools and middleware solutions, particularly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, or custom API gateways.

• Solid experience in high-growth, compliance-oriented environments, adept at navigating stringent SOX, GDPR, or CCPA regulations.
