This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps functionalities for mission-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Implement Event Management solutions, encompassing alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reduction.
• Develop and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Build and refine platform capabilities utilizing JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to fulfill business requirements.
• Conduct integration testing to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and the platform.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices.
• Participate in design reviews, code evaluations, and provide technical guidance.
• A minimum of 5.5 years of experience.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
• Practical experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
• Strong development skills in ServiceNow with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation functionalities.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong comprehension of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Capacity to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps are a plus.
