This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest scalable, best-practice solutions to improve efficiency and user experience while complying with SAP standards and customer requirements within SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management, particularly in the domain of Recruiting management.
• Possess a robust understanding of permission configurations and offer guidance on permission settings to clients.
• Deliver Level 2/3 support, address complex issues in line with agreed SLAs, conduct testing activities with minimal customer involvement, and provide user training to enhance system adoption.
• Oversee and advise on integration aspects related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Offer essential guidance to achieve clear and precise effort estimations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide timely updates, and ensure successful project delivery throughout the lifecycle.
• 5 - 6 years of practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Strong expertise in Talent Management Recruiting is crucial.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP SuccessFactors processes, including Core HR, Recruiting (RCM Recruiting Management, RMK Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Posting).
• Proficient in SuccessFactors configuration, administration, and integration frameworks.
• A solid grasp of support SLA requirements will be an added advantage.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Talent Management Recruiting is highly sought after.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
