Staff Engineer, SAP ESPP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend functional requirements and assess client needs within the project context.

• Conceptualize comprehensive solutions for specified functional and non-functional requirements.

• Identify the technologies, patterns, and frameworks necessary to implement solutions.

• Establish and execute design methodologies and tool sets.

• Facilitate application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.

• Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.

• Create, interpret, and verify Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimated efforts for modules or tasks.

• Respond to issues promptly and maintain a positive outlook in the face of setbacks and challenges, focusing on continuous improvement.

• Offer constructive feedback and establish clear expectations for team members.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.

• Develop solutions for issues identified during code or design reviews and provide justification for decisions made.

• Conduct proofs of concept to confirm proposed designs and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Total Experience: 6+ years.

• Experience as a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant (L2/L3).

• Background in supporting or implementing SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments.

• In-depth knowledge of aftermarket parts planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and service supply chain dynamics.

• Strong configuration skills related to eSPP parameters (EOQ/Safety Stock, Replenishment, DRP).

• Ability to debug ABAP code to identify complex L3 issues is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in structured support environments utilizing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management, and capacity to work independently under stringent SLA timelines.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
