This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and implement AI-powered voice solutions utilizing Agentforce Voice.
β’ Develop Salesforce Voice solutions encompassing call management, call recording, and voice analytics.
β’ Design scalable and secure voice integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and third-party services.
β’ Write custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow logic for voice workflows.
β’ Apply Einstein Voice capabilities to improve customer interactions and gather intelligence.
β’ Connect voice solutions with CRM data to ensure smooth data synchronization and reporting.
β’ Produce and update thorough technical documentation for voice solutions.
β’ Perform code reviews to guarantee compliance with Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
β’ Diagnose and enhance voice implementations for optimal performance and reliability.
β’ Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to grasp requirements and deliver solutions.
β’ Guide junior developers and participate in team knowledge sharing and professional growth.
β’ 7-10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
β’ Practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce Voice or a similar conversational AI platform.
β’ High-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integration patterns.
β’ Proven experience with Einstein AI capabilities and analytics.
β’ Understanding of VoIP, call handling protocols, and voice telecommunications.
β’ Demonstrated ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions in extensive environments.
β’ Strong grasp of data security, compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and regulations surrounding call recording.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.
β’ Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
β’ Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
