This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will implement Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with project teams, clients, and technology partners.
• You will develop and configure on the Salesforce platform, as well as on integration platforms like Magic xpi when necessary.
• In partnership with colleagues from the relevant project teams, the client, and other implementation partners, you will translate requirements into technical solutions, share your own ideas, and independently create solution designs.
• You will act as the technical point of contact for both the client and the project team when technical challenges arise.
• You possess the ability to effectively collaborate in agile projects and/or have relevant agile experience.
• Experience in Salesforce development using Apex and standard configuration tools, along with experience as a Salesforce Administrator; alternatively, strong Java development skills with a desire to transition into Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience in developing Flows, page layouts, permission/sharing models in Salesforce, UI development (LWC/Visualforce), and data modeling.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is preferred.
• A degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• A team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
• A self-directed working style with a strong focus on customer and solution orientation.
• Proficient in business-fluent German and very good English language skills.
