This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, and Flows.
• Lead the implementation and delivery of features by working collaboratively with various cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
• Profound expertise in Salesforce, Apex, and Flows.
• Familiarity with rapid release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration processes.
• Experience with microservice architecture and platform-based development methodologies.
• Accountable for enhancing the development process and eliminating obstacles.
• Participates in development activities like coding and feature verification to support teams in meeting release goals.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to leads in navigating both technical and non-technical challenges.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Background as a technical or team lead, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, or equivalent experience, along with object-oriented software design.
• A strong desire to be a collaborative team player in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in .NET.
• Knowledge of .NET Core.
• Experience with ASP.NET.
• Background as a Software Developer.
• Background as a Software Engineer.
• Proficient in C# programming.
